Terms & conditions

These terms apply to all quotes and agreements between Vanstraatencleaning and its clients.

1. Quotes and agreements

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An agreement is formed when the client accepts the quote in writing or verbally (including email/WhatsApp).

2. Rates and payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion by card or bank transfer. For larger projects (such as bathroom renovations) a 30% deposit may be requested.

3. Liability

Vanstraatencleaning is not liable for indirect damage. Liability is limited to the amount covered by professional liability insurance where applicable.
